11/18/12: 3.5 mile morning run, cold, struggle with running in cold air
11/17/12: 14 miles on bike this evening, felt great
11/16/12:  3.2 miles, cold air, doing a 5k on thurs in altitude and cold weather, going to struggle
11/15/12:  Got in 7 miles on bike
11/14/12: 3.5 miles run on treadmill
11/12/12: 3.5 miles on treadmmill, should warm up to 68 tomorrow back outside.

11/11/12: 5 miles on treadmill, too cold outside, man I dislike treadmills
11/8/12:  3.5 mile run tonight late.  cold, raining and windy but legs felt great.
11/5/12:  3.5 mile run followed by a nice walk, tired, need to rest the body for a day.
11/4/12:  3.5 mile run
11/3/12:  Biked Zion Canyon and surrounding area, 16 miles.  Beautiful fall colors in canyon.

11/2/12:  Got the bike on the indoor trainer tonight did 30 min as hard as I could with resistance, my legs are on fire and my carpet is saturated is nasty sweat..I am not a fan of the trainer, would much rather be outdoors looking at the world as I cruise by.  Biking Zion canyon tomorrow should be fun.
11/1/12: ran 3.5 today then weight room after work to work the legs, tired quads.

10/31/12:  quick seven mile bike ride, nice to get the legs going
10/30/12: 8 mile hike, tired body, had to carry another mans gear out, thought was going to die, he was not prepared, my body sore.
10/28/12: 3.5 mile run, piece of cake, time to think, time to relax.
10/26/12: Ran 3 miles, not a fan of the hotel treadmill, prefer the outside air

10/24/12:  Ran 4 miles tonight, cold wind but felt good, off to state volleyball tomorrow.
10/22/12: Ran 3.5 mile this evening.  Windy, cool air, body felt great, enjoy running.

10/21/12:  Morning run of 2.5 miles, lungs heavy, legs heavy, perhaps switching from PM to AM does that.
10/19/12:  Normal running route, 3 miles, legs feel great
10/18/12:  Biked 15 miles again, wind in face, long ride, need clipless pedals to speed it up.
10/17/12:  Ran three miles, love to run, gets the thoughts cleared up
10/16/12:  Bought road bike, rode 15 miles, a little soar
